Our\u00a0refund\u00a0and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full\u00a0refund\u00a0or exchange.
<\/p>To be eligible for a\u00a0return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags and any sewn labels still attached. Items must be in their original undamaged packaging and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Exciting products reserves the right to refuse an exchange or provide a credit note. If you wish to\u00a0return\u00a0an item you have purchased, you can select a courier option for collection, please note that unfortunately we regret we at Exciting products will not take responsibilities for the courier account and the buyer will be responsible for all courier fees, both fees will apply to the buyer, collection of item and the sending of the new item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once your\u00a0return\u00a0is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your\u00a0refund.
<\/p>If you are approved, then your\u00a0refund\u00a0will be processed, and a credit note will be issued. Please note that shipping cost are non-refundable. The credit note provided will only be a voucher to use at Exciting products. No cash or card refunds will be made, only exchanges, all courier fees will be for buyers account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded no exception will be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
