Refund and Returns Policy

Exciting products want to ensure you love the items you purchased, if you have changed your mind on a purchase, we will exchange your item or provide a credit note, provided that:

Terms and Conditions are met.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags and any sewn labels still attached. Items must be in their original undamaged packaging and must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Exciting products reserves the right to refuse an exchange or provide a credit note. If you wish to return an item you have purchased, you can select a courier option for collection, please note that unfortunately we regret we at Exciting products will not take responsibilities for the courier account and the buyer will be responsible for all courier fees, both fees will apply to the buyer, collection of item and the sending of the new item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will be issued. Please note that shipping cost are non-refundable. The credit note provided will only be a voucher to use at Exciting products. No cash or card refunds will be made, only exchanges, all courier fees will be for buyers account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded no exception will be made.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
